Philip Tan
President & Principal Consultant Phil is a seasoned executive that brings over 20 years of technical know-how and business savvy to the table. He has worked in various industries, including media & entertainment, energy/utilities, retail, financial services and technology. With extensive experience at some of Hollywood's major studios, including Disney, Warner Brothers and Sony Pictures Entertainment, Phil brings a wealth of knowledge to every project, especially ones involving digital media. Phil finds innovative ways to help companies, large and small, ranging from Fortune 500 enterprises to local mom and pop operations. He is passionate about finding ways to solve perplexing business challenges. Phil earned his Masters in Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business. With a concentration in Strategic Management and Consulting, Phil completed the University of Southern California's MBA.PM program, which is frequently honored by BusinessWeek magazine as one of the top part-time MBA programs in the nation. He also has a Bachelors degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Riverside. Previously, Phil was a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. His ability to converse in Mandarin Chinese is a key advantage in the international arena as more and more companies look to the Pacific Rim for expansion and globalization. |
